Refund & Cancellation Vithika Studio

  • If you receive the order in a damaged state, please don’t accept the order and inform us with the photo of the parcel. In this case, a Refund will be initiated after we receive the parcel.
  • After Receiving the order, do follow the below instructions for Refund/Exchange:
    • It is mandatory to start the video by showing the address on the parcel and the 4 sides of the parcel.
    • The Video has to be recorded without any pauses and cuts.
    • If there is any damage or item missing in the parcel, please send the video within 24 hours you have the parcel received.
  • In case of failing to follow any of the above instructions, we are not going to initiate the Return/Refund.
  • In the above case, you can contact us at support@vithikastudio.com with the product details and defect photo and video within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Note: No Refund/Exchange/Cancel in the below cases

  • The colours you see on your device may vary slightly due to the difference in the individual screens. No Refund/Exchange/Cancel will be accepted based on slight colour variation and colour smudges and spread.
  • The Missing Threads, Threads pull and slight design cuts are not considered as damages.
  • The product after the delivery is used, and not in its original condition no refund will be initiated.
  • The Product video proof is mandatory to accept any complaint, without video no refund will be initiated.

Shipping Charges will not be included in the refund amount. This is a non-refundable amount.

Cancellation:

The order can be cancelled only before 24 hours after placing the order. If the orders are shipped no cancel request will be accepted.
